"Make people before make product" has become our motto since TMMIN seek that human resource development is very important activities for a company to grow continuously and accomplish long term prosperity. Our focus for people development program is developing members through practice of daily work.
As commitment to people development, TMMIN established Toyota Learning Center in 2011 that have main task for developing internal employees and also contributing to society as well.
