Since its establishment, TMMIN has been constantly trying to improve the local content ratio of cars and other products.
Development of the local component industry is conducted jointly between TMMIN and component manufacturers.
To produce quality components, TMMIN and component manufacturers work together. In the initial planning process,
TMMIN provides sample of components and provides instructions on how to produce and
also the materials used with predetermined specifications. Meanwhile, in the process of production,
TMMIN also controls the quality in order to achieve the desired result.
In an attempt to develop a network of component suppliers, TMMIN focuses on six key factors which include safety,
environment, quality, productivity, costs, and human resources.

Having blessed with more than four decades of experience,
we are able to produce recent models (Vios, and Yaris) with high ratio of local content.
In the future, TMMIN will continue to strive to improve the local content ratio
in cooperation with our business partners which include first,
second, and third tier; thus, it will increase the depth of the industry itself.
